Riad Khadoj-Marrakech-Traditional

I highly recommend this Riad Khadoj. The location, facilities and hosts were outstanding! Positive: Khalid met us with a smile at the parking lot nearby and gave us a tour of the riad before leaving. He was at our disposal the entire stay. Note: there are two parking lots near the riad. Khalid was initially waiting for us at the wrong one. Luckily our driver would not leave us until we were met by our host. The driver used my phone to call Khalid and instruct him to where we were waiting. Ask your driver to call Khalid with the specific location of where you are waiting. Negative: The riad, host and cook were excellent! No complaints. The towels smelled a bit musty but that's so minor.

Having Kwala at the riad changed my perspective on the riad! Everything was good, excellent collaborator. Positive: We were warmly welcomed by the team, and our employee Khawla is very attentive. She made us excellent breakfasts, was mindful of special requests, and went out of her way to keep the riad clean and organized. She is an excellent employee! Negative: We were 11 people and I noticed that the room layout was different from what was advertised on Booking.com; the number of beds was lower... I felt a little cheated, but everything was resolved. They should describe EXACTLY WHAT THE ROOMS HAVE AND NOT ADD BEDS. I asked the manager for help on the last day, as I had a participant with reduced mobility who needed assistance, and he didn't show up. On the day of arrival, although everything was beautiful, some of the decorative items in the rooms and bathrooms needed to be cleaned better: they were dusty... the rooftop was dirty, but Khawla cleaned and organized everything, she’s amazing.
