Having Kwala at the riad changed my perspective on the riad! Everything was good, excellent collaborator. Positive: We were warmly welcomed by the team, and our employee Khawla is very attentive. She made us excellent breakfasts, was mindful of special requests, and went out of her way to keep the riad clean and organized. She is an excellent employee! Negative: We were 11 people and I noticed that the room layout was different from what was advertised on Booking.com; the number of beds was lower... I felt a little cheated, but everything was resolved. They should describe EXACTLY WHAT THE ROOMS HAVE AND NOT ADD BEDS. I asked the manager for help on the last day, as I had a participant with reduced mobility who needed assistance, and he didn't show up. On the day of arrival, although everything was beautiful, some of the decorative items in the rooms and bathrooms needed to be cleaned better: they were dusty... the rooftop was dirty, but Khawla cleaned and organized everything, she’s amazing.

Positive: la gentilezza di Paola; nome in italiano, che ci ha preparato la colazione e di Khalid Negative: nella colazione era prevista la frutta che abbiamo chiesto anche più volte tramite messaggio,perchè la prima mattina non l'abbiamo trovata, ma non ci hanno mai risposto e non l'abbiamo mai avuta. ci dispiace perchè alcuni noi volevano solo la frutta a colazione.

Riad très bien situé et confortable Positive: Le Riad est très bien placé, au coeur de la Médina, proche des souks, des places principales, des taxis, des centres historiques tout en étant au calme. La literie est bonne, les chambres agréables. La beauté du Riad et la terrasse.Khalid est disponible et très réactif. Negative: L'evacuation d'eau des chambres du bas.La cuisine n'a pas d'ustensiles adaptées pour cuisiner.Riad de 13 personnes, seulement 2 transats.

Positive: Un vrai riad bien entretenu,parfait pour un groupe jusqu'à 12 personnes ,emplacement central mais calme. Mais le point le plus positif est la personne qui nous a accueilli et un très grand merci a la cuisinière qui a été merveilleuse avec nous. Negative: Rien
