A comfortable, clean, and well-located stay with excellent communication, slightly let down by limited parking. Positive: We stayed in this clean, spacious, and airy apartment right in the heart of Gueliz, which made getting around very easy. The location is ideal, with shops, cafés, and everything you might need within walking distance. The apartment itself felt comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom was particularly good, modern, clean, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a bidet, which we really appreciated. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, making it easy to prepare meals if needed. The hosts/staff were excellent with communication, responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Small touches like providing a hairdryer and iron also made the stay more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something central, practical, and well-maintained in Gueliz. Negative: As frequent visitors to Marrakech, we’ve usually stayed in places where parking is easily available and free. This was the first time we experienced some difficulty with parking, and we ended up having to park about 15 minutes away near a mosque. Travelling with a baby made this a bit inconvenient, especially when coming and going. That said, the overall comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the apartment helped make up for this drawback, and the stay itself remained very enjoyable.

Positive: The host was very kind and helpful, and the location of the apartment was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The apartment was clean . Negative: However, there were several issues that affected our stay. We had to wait to receive the keys upon arrival, which was inconvenient. The door lock system was also problematic — it required charging frequently, and we actually had to use our own power bank daily to keep it working properly. While the apartment was clean, the air conditioning was quite weak and seemed to be locked to a specific temperature, which made it difficult to adjust for comfort. The hairdryer provided was not working. Additionally, the bathroom drawers were broken and appeared to be temporarily adjusted just to keep them in place. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the experience was below our expectations due to these issues.

une grosse arnaque Positive: je n ai pas pu habiter le logement et pourtant je l ai payé. Il n y avait personne sur place qui m attendait, après moultes difficultés j ai enfin trouvé l immeuble. Car toutes les informations nécessaire (adresse, étage ect) avaient été envoyées à un autre numéro de tel que le mien et lorsque j appelais sur le numéro indiqué sur votre site, répondeur en arabe. J avais rv à 18h, je suis partie à 19h sans voir personne. Le gardien de l immeuble me disant qu il n y avait personne sous ce nom et qu 'il ne connaissait pas. En suite j ai enfin été contacté car j étais bien évidemment partie, mais c était rop tard. J ai du au dernier moment me trouver un autre logement (double frais pour moi) Et quand je demande le remboursement, car il y a manifestement un manque d organisation et de sérieux de la part du loueur, on me dit NON. c est une pure arnaque et c est très malhonnête ! je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement et j'espère que BOOKING va pouvoir me dédommager, au moins en partie. Positive: Het appartement is centraal van de stad. Lopend van alles. Het appartement ziet er het zelfde uit als oo de foto voorzien van airco's Contact persoon is heel behulpzaam. In de buurt veel te doen. Een aanrader ! Negative: Het openen van de deur is met een automatische locker en de accu ervan was helemaal leeg. Dit is wel direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Tip deur openen met sleutels beste voorkomen dit soort dingen. Het gebouw is oud
