Bad customer services and terrible Wi-Fi signal in many room
Positive: Cooking maid. Cleaning maid was good. Swimming pool and some games faculties were ok but need modernising.
Negative: I was disappointed with yourHost customer service to respond to faults reported. One room got locked by handle pull. One person had to sleep on sofa as his room stayed locked all night. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well in all the rooms. The 4 rooms upstairs are ok but basement bedrooms are not very pleasant. The cinema projector didn’t work while we stayed there.
