Riad de Rêve Kasbah Marrakech – Piscine Chauffée

Favoloso! Positive: Riad completamente riservato a noi, grande e molto bello. Situato in zona centrale comodo per muoversi ovunque nella città. I taxi riescono a lasciarti direttamente davanti al riad senza problemi. Consiglio assolutamente. Negative: Nulla da miglirare.

Apart from the pool that was never heated, we had an exceptional stay at this riad. Asma is such a gem! Positive: We were a group of women in Marrakech to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were so well looked after by Asma - she is such a gem. Always a smile on her face. We requested a meal from her and she had her Mum help make it. That was one of the best homecooked traditional Moroccan meal we had during the trip. The riad was at the heart of the Medina- a short stroll to the Jmaa el Fnaa square and easily accessible to the souks. Negative: We specifically booked this riad for the heated pool. Unfortunately, it was never heated and we never got a chance to use it. Too cold in December. Downstairs rooms really need updating and lock fixing.

Fantastic Stay – Amazing Staff and Perfect Terraces Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Riad Awinati. The property is exceptionally spacious and well equipped, with incredible terraces and open spaces perfect for relaxing during the day or evening while enjoying lovely views. The staff were outstanding throughout. Asma prepared the best breakfast each morning and was extremely responsive to anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, the internet worked reliably, and the location was within easy walking distance of many key spots in Marrakesh. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for an amazing time. Negative: They only accept cash payments, which can be inconvenient if you don’t usually carry large amounts, though they were very accommodating and provided a payment link after discussing it with us. Just note that the deposit is cash only, but we received it back on the last day without any issues.

Positive: Tout était formidable,je recommande a 100% une mention spéciale pour asmaa😍 qui a était au petit soin avec nous. Une personne formidable qui nous a fait des petits déjeuners super bon👍 On reviendra c'est sur❤️

Bonito lugar pero decepcionante en un punto demasiado importante Positive: Lo mejor es el conjunto del Riad y sin duda la amabilidad de Asma, que nos hacía un desayuno muy bueno y todo natural y recién hecho. El Riad en general estaba limpio, a pesar de no parecerlo en algunos aspectos porque no está muy bien mantenido y es una casa vieja. A mí me gustó en su conjunto como experiencia de estar todas juntas, la decoración general del Riad y la amabilidad de Khalid y Asma, pero había detalles de peso, demasiado importantes como para no tenerlos en cuenta Negative: Sin duda, los baños fueron el punto crítico por estar muy, muy viejos, con desconchones en las duchas (uno de ellos con bañera totalmente inutilizable), la grifería era de origen y estaba muy oxidada, Es una pena porque si no hubiese sido por los baños es un lugar donde sin esperar grandes lujos, yo personalmente podría volver en otra ocasión. Pero con los baños en ese estado no llevaría o recomendaría a nadie de mi entorno. Las fotos no muestran la realidad en este sentido, una pena porque el lugar en general era bonito y agradable y fue una buena experiencia poder disfrutarlo solas entre el grupo de amigas. Dejo constancia para la propietaria porque la inversión en una renovación de los baños (quizás algo también la cocina) sin perder la esencia de la casa y su decoración, no es demasiado grande, pero cambiaría enormemente la comodidad de la estancia y el poder recomendarlo o tenerlo en cuenta para futuras visitas a Marrakech.
