Positive: Riad, and it was a truly lovely experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was Oumaima. From the moment we arrived, Oumaima went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference. Each morning, she prepared a delicious and varied breakfast with so much thought and love—it was the perfect start to our day. Oumaima, thank you for your incredible hospitality. You are the heart of this Riad, and you truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful to have met you! Negative: The location itself is quite peaceful and has a lot of charm. However, guests should be aware that the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main road, and this isn't clearly explained ahead of time. Taxis often drop you on the wrong side, which can leave you feeling lost and frustrated—especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, our experience was made worse by the lack of support from the host, Khalid. He was not helpful when we needed assistance, and we found his communication lacking. When I asked for help arranging a taxi to Buddha Bar, I was quoted a price nearly four times higher than a standard fare. Another time, my daughter and I were dropped off in the wrong location again. I called Khalid in distress, and although he briefly appeared and told the driver where to go, he left us alone, and the driver ended up charging us double. Sadly, I felt unsupported and even taken advantage of. With more transparency and better guest service from Khalid, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
