DON'T STAY HERE Positive: The apartment, in its current condition, is not suitable to receive guests. Negative: My experience in this apartment has been deeply disappointing and far below the standard advertised. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that the apartment had not been properly prepared for new guests. The bed linen was visibly damaged and the overall space lacked basic cleanliness. In the bathroom there were visible holes in the ceiling directly above the shower, from which water continuously drips. This not only creates discomfort but also reflects a clear lack of maintenance and attention to essential infrastructure. The sofa — which is intended to be used as a sleeping area — is in a highly unsanitary condition. It is covered in stains, and at one point we even found crumbs on it. This level of hygiene is simply not acceptable, especially in accommodation meant for guests. On the first day of our stay, we contacted the hotel to report these issues, including the state of the apartment and the damaged bed linen. We were informed that a member of the cleaning staff would come to address the cleanliness concerns and that a technician would inspect the issue with the water in the shower. No one ever came, and we received no further communication or follow-up.

Pas mal Positive: L'emplacement, le calme. Negative: La piscine non chauffée et surtout qui était en travaux et nous n'avions pas été prévenus qu'elle était en travaux et donc fermée. La rue de la résidence non goudronnée qui était pleine de boue et de grandes flaques d'eau. La fuite dans la salle de bain et l'odeur d'humidité très forte.
